Atomic GPS offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products except
software. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply
contact Customer Service. Shipping charges are not refundable.
How Do I Cancel an Order?
If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail us at Order@AtomicGPS.com.
Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel
to insure accuracy.
Adding Items to Your Order
To add to your order, using the shopping cart, place a new order and
e-mail us at Order@AtomicGPS.com to combine the two orders. If this is
an overnight or next day order, please call us toll-free at Atomic GPS
1-866-272-1800, to insure that the order are combined.
Revising Shipping and Billing Information for an Order
If you have completed an order and wish to change your shipping or billing
information, please call us toll-free at 1-866-272-1800. Local/International
customers may call 1-913-294-1800. Please have your order number ready
when calling.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can safely
enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts
all submitted information.
Authorizing Your Credit Card
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit cards issuing
bank to confirm that your credit card is a valid number and has not been
reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting authorization for
the sale. We do not charge your card at this time. Your card will be charged
when your order is shipped.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail
once or twice before the card is authorized. We will send you an e-mail
if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.
You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for
your order.
Ordering by Check or Money Order
To place an order using a personal check or money order, purchase your
products online as if paying by credit card. When prompted to enter your
credit card number, please check the box marked "Pay by Check or
Money Order" and click continue. When you have completed your order,
you will be given an Order Number and shown a final receipt pay. Print
and mail this form with your payment to:
